Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, and fully tracked.

Processing time

Every Best Horse product is handmade to order in our own workshop. Orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 working days. Custom and personalized orders may need extra time; we'll confirm the timing with you before we start.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 8 to 12 working days, depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 2 to 3 weeks of ordering.

Delivery can take longer during busy holiday periods and because of customs checks, which are outside our control.

Ready-to-ship items from the USA

A few items, ship from our stock in Virginia, USA. These are marked on the product page, ship to US addresses only, and usually arrive within 3 to 7 working days.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us and we'll check with the carrier.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a missed collection, we'll contact you about reshipping, and a new shipping charge may apply.
