Are your products really handmade?
Yes. We are manufacturers, not resellers. Every saddle pad, matchy set and fly veil is made to order in our own workshop.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 working days. Custom and personalized orders may take a little longer; we'll confirm the timing with you.
Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, and fully tracked.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 8 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Sizing
Which size do I need?
See our Size Guide. If you're unsure, send us your horse's measurements and we'll recommend a size before you order.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Because we make everything ourselves, we can make custom sizes on request.
Matchy sets
What's included in a matchy set?
Each set is different, so check the "What's in the set" section on the product page. Most sets include a saddle pad, a matching fly veil and boots; some also include bell boots, a browband or a rider helmet cover.
Can I choose dressage or jumping cut?
Some designs offer both. Where available, you'll see a "Cut" option on the product page. For other designs, ask us.
Custom and personalized orders
Can you add my horse's name?
Yes. We can add names, initials or club logos, and create sets in your own colors. Request a custom order.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage. Contact us first at besthorseus@gmail.com and we'll send instructions.
Wholesale
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We supply tack shops, riding schools, clubs and distributors at factory-direct prices. Request our wholesale price list.
